BUY SESSIONS

HOW DO I BUY A SESSION?

You can buy sessions directly through our Revolution Studios app or Website. Select a credit/ credit pack or membership option, and follow the prompts to checkout.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PACKAGE AND A MEMBERSHIP?

Packages are pay-as-you-go and give you a set number of classes to use within a time period. Memberships are monthly and include added perks like guest passes, discounts, and priority booking.

CAN I EXTEND THE EXPIRY ON MY PACKAGE?

No – all packages have fixed expiry dates and cannot be extended, however you may use your credits for up to 2 weeks after the expiry date, provided the class was booked before the credit expired.  However if you cancel  a class scheduled during this grace period, the credit will be lost.

BOOK SESSIONS

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

Book via the Revolution Studios app or our website. View the timetable of each studio, select a class, and time — done.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK?

Bookings open 14 days in advance. Certain membership types may offer earlier access.

HOW DO I ADD MYSELF TO THE WAITLIST?

If a class is full, you’ll see a waitlist option. Join it, and we’ll automatically add you if a spot becomes available up to 30 minutes before the class.

WHAT IF I NO LONGER WANT TO BE ADDED TO THE CLASS FROM THE WAITLIST ?

You must remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as it is no longer viable for you to attend.

HOW DO STANDBY SPOTS WORK?

Arrive early and check in with the front desk. If there’s space 5 mins after class start time, we’ll slot you in.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WAITLIST AND STANDBY?

Waitlist is managed online and notifies you in advance. Standby is in-person and based on availability when the class starts.

CAN I TRANSFER A BOOKED SESSION TO A FRIEND IF I CAN’T ATTEND?

Unfortunately, booked sessions are non-transferable. You can cancel via the app if you can’t make it.

CAN I GO NEXT TO MY FRIEND IN A CLASS?

We can’t guarantee specific spots, but feel free to arrive early and choose your own spot.

BILLING

WHEN AM I CHARGED?

For memberships, billing happens automatically every month on your sign-up date. Class packs and one-off sessions are charged at the time of purchase.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

All purchases are non-refundable, as per our terms and conditions. If you believe there’s been a billing error, please contact our support team and we’ll look into it.

MEMBERSHIPS

CAN I TOP UP MY MEMBERSHIP WITH ADDITIONAL SESSIONS?

For memberships, billing happens automatically every month on your sign-up date. Class packs and one-off sessions are charged at the time of purchase. If you have a REV Credit rolling membership you can add single credits at a reduced rate if you have used your month allocation.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes. You can freeze your membership for up to 4 weeks per membership year. Freezes must be requested in advance via our support team.

CAN I ROLLOVER UNUSED SESSIONS?

Unused sessions do not roll over. Make sure to you book and attend them before your next billing cycle begins.

CAN I TERMINATE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes. You can cancel as per your membership at any time however,  please refer to your purchase agreement for details of any minium terms relevant to your membership.

HOW DO I TERMINATE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Please email info@revolutionstudios.ae You must give at least 2 days’ notice before your next billing date.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND RE-BUY?

Yes, you can rejoin anytime. Just note that reactivating will be subject to the current pricing on offer, which may have been subject to increases.

CLUBS + STUDIO

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We have presence in both UAE and the UK. Our Dubai Studio is located in Goshi Warehouse City, Warehouse 1 19D Street Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, and we also operate 10 locations in the UK.

DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS?

Yes — we have secure lockers available for use during your visit.

DO YOU HAVE WATER OR SHOULD I BRING MY OWN?

We recommend bringing your own water bottle as we have filtered water available for refills. We also have bottled water available to purchase.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Bring a water bottle, workout wear, and grip socks if attending Reformer. For Spin, cleats are optional which we provide or you can bring your own— trainers work fine too.

ARE THERE SHOWERS?

Yes — We have showers, you should bring your own towel/ toiletries.

DO YOU HAVE A FREE WEIGHTS AREA?

Our Strength classes use functional equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells, but we do not operate a traditional open gym/free weights area in our studios.

DO YOU HAVE BIKE PARKING?

Yes. There parking is available at Goshi Warehouse City, which offers 150 covered spaces. Valet parking is also available. Please note that parking charges apply.
